ARC, Int'l., Inc. is waiting to unleash its plans for The First 21st Century Educational Theme Park, which will be a fully functioning model for a "Green City", embracing "Green" design features and energy systems in order to conserve energy and protect the environment. Just as important, is that it will be a place to educate and amaze children and adults of all ages in a wide variety of disciplines, from art and culture to environmental science, physics and innovative technology. This ARC ePark™ has the potential to employ a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees or associates ranging from ages 16 to 85.

Walt Disney had an idea over (55) fifty-five years ago here in Southern California and he named it "Disneyland - The Happiest Place On Earth". This was an exciting place to visit at the time, with a "Tomorrow Land" showing us what the future could bring to our homes. He also planned a monorail system surrounding the park, taking people quickly from one city to another, thus eliminating our traffic congestion. The future is here, and while many of those dreams have been realized, many of the very same innovations and inventions have failed in providing products and systems that enhance our lives while maintaining the beautiful, rich environment in which we live. Our schools have turned out some students who are able to thrive in a technological, corporate world, but have failed to educate many as to their innate talents and abilities, and to the delicate harmonious holistic balance of nature as it relates to the mental, spiritual and physical aspects of life. ARC plans to take Disney's idea to the next level by synergizing like-minded people striving to maintain and protect Mother Earth. The ARC ePark will provide an example of what can be done when people come together to make a change, a change that will affect the consciousness of the planet. Those who are aware are sensing this change is already occurring in subtle ways across our great nation.

The initial land proposed for the ARC ePark™ is located in Southern Orange County, the exact site still to be determined. The immediate areas to be served are Irvine, Rancho Santa Margarita, Oceanside, San Marcos, and Riverside. Each of these communities has an overall desire to serve the populations they represent. Our desire is to build the main park in the Rancho Santa Margarita/Rancho Mission Viejo/San Clemente area (to be determined), in close proximity to the existing privately owned toll-road corridors, (twys, 73, 241, or 243). The toll-road accessibility is important to ARC's long-range planning. ARC is currently seeking funding from the State of California to acquire 480 acres of raw land in San Clemente/Rancho Santa Margarita/Rancho Mission Viejo for the construction of the first phase of its 21st Century Educational Theme park. Another 78 acres of land south in San Diego's North County (Oceanside, Carlsbad, or San Marcos) will also be acquired in Phase IX for constructing a satellite transportation hub that will increase traffic flow to the park while providing mass transportation services to and from these communities. ARC is proposing an alternative transportation system: a magnetic levitation train (MLT), which will be economical, fast, safe and accessible to all via local freeways: Interstate 5, 15, 405 and the 55, 73 and 78 highways, local transit district bus lines, John Wayne International Airport in Orange County, Palomar Airport in north San Diego County, and Chino Municipal Airport in Riverside County. The ARC MLT will have the capacity to carry 2,000 people per hour at an average traveling velocity of 194 miles per hour.

The required total capitalization for the entire project is estimated to be $ 2,233 Billion Dollars. Additional funds will be raised through grants and other funding mechanisms. These grants will come from various philanthropic sectors such as Educational, Arts & Culture, Scientific, Health, Environmental, and Public Works and Advocacy, including public, private and governmental agencies. Because this park promotes its stated nonprofit charitable related activities, all of the entire related revenues and expenditures, including memberships to the ARC ePark™, will be tax-deductible. ARC International, Inc.'s 501 (c)(3)Non-Profit California Public Benefit Corporation is the Founder and will be so-called owner; which means that it's owned by the people, the general public and is shared by the Southern California local community and the world at large. Visitors local and afar, whether capable or physically challenged, will visit the ARC ePark™ for educational purposes that will further expand their awareness.

The ARC ePark™ transcends any existing amusement park many times over by integrating diverse educational components: including personal development, self-expression, and self-determination by providing educational challenges and individually grouped aptitude tests. These will be presented in an informal, entertaining, safe, comfortable, environmentally oriented atmosphere. A myriad of activities and systems will demonstrate the use of free-flowing, renewable energy resources and energy-efficient technologies. The ARC ePark™ will offer such a place where anyone, regardless of age, educational level, cultural/ linguistic background, or physical limitation can enjoy progressing toward the discovery of his/her full potential. Employees otherwise known as ARC ePark ™ Associates, as well as visitors from schools all throughout California and abroad, will experience this benefit through their interactions with each other as they experience the educational exhibits and related activities including the ARC Educational Stations conveniently located throughout the ARC ePark™.

Large Monolithic Domes will house the educational exhibits and will be called ARC's Centers of Excellence. Every interactive exhibit in ARC's Centers of Excellence is designed to highlight the best of any individual and record that achievement on ARC's Main Computer System; the goal being that each visitor feel a renewed awareness about his or her life situation, no matter the background. They will be inspired to utilize the self-determination necessary to overcome any obstacle in life, no matter what physical, economic, social, or intellectual limitation exists.

The ARC ePark™ will have a real positive impact on all people regardless of their physical condition and limitations; a place for all people to learn and re-ignite the natural creativity within them without judgement nor negative reinforcement. Some rides and attractions will be specifically designed for the physically challenged. For example, the ARC River Cruise will have special mounting bars to fasten a wheelchair to the deck of the River Cruiser. The boat is similar to a barge, so wheelchairs can have easy access on and off the attraction. Special seats can be easily added for any caregiver wanting to join his/her companion. There will be many more rides designed for the physically challenged. ARC Mountain and the Observatory is specially designed with a smooth spiral path leading up the side of the mountain to the ARC ePark™ Observatory. This path is designed for two-way wheelchair traffic with turnouts incorporated as rest areas along the way. Once on the top of the mountain, the main telescope will be available for physically challenged participants to have the opportunity to view the heavens through a specially designed viewing platform. Others not physically challenged will also have the opportunity to look through the telescope by sitting in a specially designed seat, similar to being in a wheelchair. This integrated experience will promote awareness that people who are physically challenged are intelligent and capable, but are greatly under-represented and neglected by society.

ARC ePark™ is designed to bring people together in order to ignite the inner creative self and sense of responsibility for caring for self, others, and the earth through education, challenge, and inspiration at every moment throughout the experience. The park will be landscaped with plenty of trees of all kinds, plants, herbs and flowers with informative educational materials that discuss the environment, its history, and future. There will be ARC Educational Stations (ARCES) located throughout the park between the ARC Centers of Excellence that will challenge the kids with educational activities related to their experience in various environmental settings The ARCES will be color coded for easy identification. For instance, the Yellow colored ARCES throughout the park will be intended for the blind children that are visiting, the Blue ARCES for the hearing impaired ones, and the Red ARCES for the children with no limitations. Native American and other Indigenous Peoples' wisdom concerning the land and the environment will be discussed along the way describing the benefits of certain herbs and other natural remedies for various ailments. Animals and their natural habitants will be highlighted. Every living creature that walks the Earth will in some way be mentioned during one's experience at the park. An emphasis on how we preserve and maintain our planet and all of her inhabitants, creatures great and small, our air, water and land will be incorporated into the interactive exhibits. After all of that learning, the kids will be excited about entering the Fun Zone with its radical thrills and adventure rides.

Students from visiting schools will first be required to complete the ARC Centers of Excellence and ARC Educational Stations. After successfully completing the appropriate tasks and accumulating the required credits, each of the students will be given the "ok" or "grade" to enter the Fun Zone. Their individual ID card will collect their earned credits as they travel and learn throughout the journey at ARC ePark™. When the students leave the ARC ePark™, their parents or guardians will be given an ARC Complimentary Survey. This unique Report Card will include the score earned at each Center of Excellence. The ARC Complimentary Survey will indicate the students' strengths and weaknesses in each educational discipline. This vital information can be utilized to help parents identify potentials and appropriate career paths. This early classification, analysis can make a huge difference shaping a young child's life and in making a career choice. It will be a unique opportunity for this data be utilized to help. A response survey card will be included in the Complimentary Survey. This will be a way to request additional assistance, perhaps a tutor or mentor to work directly with the student. ARC will maintain an active Tutor and Mentor data-base organized by zip code.
The ARC ePark project has been ARC's long-range dream for the past six years. ARC International, Inc. and the ARC ePark itself have both been named by ARC's President and CEO visionary, Mr. Al Sanchez. He has stated: "People and their attitudes can be extremely powerful. Each of us, like points of light, can collectively make a difference on our planet. In fact, in mathematical terms, the definition of an ARC is a point on a sphere. As we approach the next century, let's bring these points together to create a greater appreciation for the strengths and needs of the young people of our future generations, as well as for the environment in which they will live."

The future of the ARC ePark™ depends upon you to be one of the key ingredients for accomplishing such an undertaking. You can bring an important point of light to the table. ARC is currently seeking quality team partners, board members, lifetime staff associates, advisors, and other dedicated individuals who truly believe in preserving our wonderful planet. When was the last time we had an opportunity to contribute to something that could truly accomplish good for mankind? Roll up your sleeves and come join us on a journey of service to our children, our families, our communities, and our gracious Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants.

"You ask, how much good can a small group of dedicated individuals do to change the fate of mankind? Indeed, that is the only thing that ever has."
(Margaret Mead)

"BE the change you wish to see in the world." (Mahatma Gandhi)
